Healthy Weight Loss Treatment

Healthy weight loss treatment can be considered as a program or plan to slowly reduce obesity which rely on individual / personal need based on healthy – balanced eating, exercise and non stop maintenance. The goal is to reduce fat and in the same time try to stay in healthy situation.

The use of some quick plan with some medication utilization might achieve the goal to lose fat in the short term, but how about the effects to the health in the long term. The caution have to be a concern when you’re in this attempt. Weight loss is related with life style,  so changes into healthier life style will give you a better long term weight.

A diet with over limitation of carbs, calories and fat intake or fasting may decrease the body’s health.  Limitation is needed but it must not below the normal need of human’s body to certain food substances.

These are some criteria of healthy weight loss:

  1. Slow but sure – plan to reduce no more than 1 to 2 pounds each week. This will make your nervous system slowly adapt to newer body’s state and avoid exhaustion and sick feeling.
  2. Exercise -  regularly do some work out such as jogging, walking, fitness, etc. Or if you feel lazy to go out try do scuats jumps, sit ups at home. Just burn your calories or fat with regular exercises.
  3. Eating style change – enjoy the food and relax while you were eat. Cut some food and drink intake but  keep in balance. Avoid red and processed meat. Eat when you are hungry.
  4. Avoid medication if you can – medicine with artificial ingredients and unproper use may alter your health. Thus smart choice is needed if you want to use that stuff.
